I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Exercise To Music Instructor and love working with clients whether that be on a one-to-one basis or in a group environment.
I provide home personal training throughout Cheshire and Staffordshire whether that be indoors or outdoors. I love working with a variety of people, from those who just want to lose a few pounds to those who are looking for a training plan more specific. This can involve working with clients on an individual basis or for those wanting to workout with friends I can offer group personal training sessions.
Along with Personal Training, I run a variety of group classes, such as:
- Pram Fit – for new parents wanting to exercise and bring their child along too!
- Legs, Bums and Tums – to target those problem areas!
- Box Fit – for a fun and all over workout using gloves and pads to get the most out of the class!
- Golf Fitness – For golfers wanting to get fitter, stronger and more flexible to improve their game!
All class are pay as you go, as I am aware life can take over and so many people lead busy lives and can’t commit to every week for one reason or another.
WEIGHT LOSS AND NUTRITION:
Throughout the year, I run weight loss courses that involve a healthy eating plan and weekly weigh in’s that are sustainable. I am a great believer in eating regularly and healthily without having to starve yourself! If you are not local or struggle to get to a weekly weigh in, then I do an online course where I email instructions and details through without having any inconvenience of attending a specific location.
